Welcome to TuTorWan-AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1 User Personas

Our platform serves three primary user groups:

• Schools: Educational institutions that enroll students and manage classes.
• Students: Learners who access AI-generated curriculum, lesson plans, and learning materials, and participate in live tournament competitions.
• Teachers, Corpers, Lecturers, & Lesson Tutors: Educators who create, share, and facilitate lessons and tutorials.

2 Platform Services

We provide AI-generated curriculum-based lesson plans, learning materials aligned with West African exams, Professional, & University Exams, and facilitate quiz tournaments with entry fees from which rewards are paid into user wallets to be withdrawn into their local bank accounts, managed via third-party payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave). Subscriptions and payments are subject to their respective terms.

3 User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, keep their login credentials secure, and use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. Unauthorized use, cheating, or malicious activities are strictly prohibited.

4 Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions for premium content and features are handled via Paystack and Flutterwave. Entry fees for quiz tournaments are paid through these platforms. Users agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5 Affiliate and Promotion

Users may invite others via affiliate links. We may offer incentives for successful referrals. All promotional activities comply with applicable advertising standards and policies.

6 Quizzes, Rewards, and Prizes

Regular live quiz competitions are sponsored and may require an entry fee. The top 5 winners receive rewards paid into their wallets. Rewards are subject to platform rules and are not transferable or redeemable for cash outside the platform.

7 Content Ownership and Rights

AI-generated curriculum materials, lesson plans, and content created by users stay the property of the respective creators, but by using the platform, users grant us a license to use, display, and distribute the content for platform purposes.

8 User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities, including cheating during quizzes, misrepresentation, or infringing on third-party rights.

9 Privacy and Data Security

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Personal information is used solely for providing and improving our services.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in malicious activities without prior notice.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
